Location: Fairfield Fun Center
First, we did a quick web search and found out that our area had several options and from the images, they all appeared to be well kept. So we piled in our Honda Pilot and headed out the Fairfield Fun Center. The kids were very excited to try something new, and I was ready to watch them giggle as they sought to sink the one in a million hole in one.
Let’s just say the place did not look like the picture. That was no biggie, we all use filters now. 🙂 We paid for 2 adults and 2 kids and started on our journey. The course host 18 holes that include, water features, double holes, and a few trick shots. There was only one couple ahead of us, and no one behind us, so we were able to take our time. It took approximately 45 minutes for us to finish. I think the kids took about 6-8 shots to make it into each hole and the hubs and I took about 2-3.
There was a bar/bier garden across the parking lot, but it would have been great to be able to get a beverage from the putt putt window. ” 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 bud lights”…I don’t think that is too much to ask for. 🙂
We had fun, but I can’t imagine that we would run back anytime soon. Here is the breakdown…
The Total Cost: $32
Meal Included: No
Total Activity Time: 45 Min
Kids Rating: 3 out of 5 Stars
While the cost per person was not that high, the experience did not leave a lasting impression and we were hungry after…
Give mini golf a try at least one time with your family, but don’t expect the kids to keep running back. Well, at least mine didn’t.
